“How much of yourself are you willing to lose in order to win?” Blackberry poses this question whilst BIRTHING an intense and absolutely hysterical rise-and-fall, mockumentary-style story about the company that once ruled the mobile world. Jay Baruchel leads the film as nervous genius Mike Lazaridis, but it’s Glen Howerton who completely shines as Jim Balsillie, the short-tempered sharp-tongued Co-CEO of the company. Coming into this movie as an IASIP fan was so worth it, as Glen totally steals the show.  I genuinely struggle to find any faults within this film - it’s a tech biopic that doesn’t take itself seriously and allows for an incredibly entertaining watch. Lovely Christmas Eve movie.
