Parasite

This movie was incredible. It is so well balanced and I really enjoyed the pacing. The first half had me laughing my ass off, and the second half was so suspenseful it had my eyes glued to the screen. It's hard for a horror movie to be good if the horror elements don't start until halfway through the movie, but this one really pulls it off. HIGHLY recommend this one. The ending was also wildly creative, and even though a lot of it was staring you in the face throughout, and you can really see the buildup to it, I wouldn't have guessed what happened in a million years. Did I mention that it was funny? Like seriously, laugh out loud funny. Not to mention that the family is so likeable that even when they spend the entire movie scamming and screwing people over, I still feel god awful for every little thing that happens to them.
