About Time
A movie that is heartbreaking and heartwarming.
The Time Travel Concept isnt done or explained well it has its inconsistencies, its just there to serve the plot though I dont mind that, What makes About Time special is that it doesn't feel like a movie about time travel, it feels like a movie about life
Apart from that its an exceptionally well done movie, the time travel isnt an issue its just me being technical in the details
The first hour feels warm and comforting, but then the movie shifts when his father's cancer is revealed. The fact that Tim can relive moments but still has to accept losing his father is what makes it genuinely heartbreaking.
One of the few movies that actually made me tear up,not alot but something.
Probably the best romance I've seen till date.
Was originally leaning to a 4.5 however the ending monologue got to me and it deserves a 5/5
