Before Sunrise
There's a part of me of course that think this film isn't that much of a big deal. But it really is. After wanting to watch it for so long I decided watching a bit of it before sleeping on my phone.
Result: watched the whole thing from beginning to end. There's something in this film; the dialogue, pace, naturalistic vibe to both of them that feels and is so authentic and real. Something that hits off right from the start. No matter how tired I was I wanted to keep listening, two people equally interesting and with stuff to say, opinions to spout. Why don't we open ourselves to each other like this more? Are we afraid of falling in love? Is love really that selfish thing that one does for themself and not others, selflessly?
It was a beauty. Crying cause the sunrise came, my tears felt divine, like the poem of that man against my caressing eyes. Everything was dreamlike. Wanting to fall in love, to feel the butterflies inside you and talk for hours till sunrise. Who didn't yearn that right after watching.
Fecking enjoy it. Or love it. Or cherish it. It's not gonna last forever, it's only one night.
WAIT, I must take a picture of you, in my mind, so I remember you in my sleep. Forever.
