Demolition

I hadn’t written a review for this but I just found one I hand wrote (?!) folded and tucked into the back of a book I never finished reading so here goes:  I loved everything about Demolition- the idea of working out grief by objectively stepping out of your life and using cathartic dismantling and communication with a stranger — the best way to accurately analyze—- and recognize if you’ve chosen blindness out of desperation.  Sometimes I forget how great Jake Gyllenhaal is at emoting humanity. Although, I watch Demolition and also realize I want to stay dismantled forever.
