Explosion
Hoo-boy, lot’s to unpack here... if you like cable-knit sweater clad melodrama you are in for an eyeful.
It starts with wispy Gordon Thompson ( the host of polka dot door) clenched-fisting about, staring at water ( supposed to be seattle but as per usual they filmed it in canada) amidst flashbacks of his piece of shit father and his now dead brother (who was forced to go to fight in vietnam).
He then acosts his late brother’s girlfriend, holding her responsible for some reason, as he beats the shit out of her. He’s got real Ted Bundy vibes and makes my skin crawl.
Turns out he has a therapist, but it isn’t helpful, so he meets up with anti-war activist and fashionable dresser Don Stroud (Ben Kahane from Carnasour 2) and you know, it gets more extreme from there.
