another Lynch film to make my head ache this is so good, so for my overall conclusion i think the whole movie was about Fred trying to escape his guilt, i mean come kne he literally said "I like to remember things my own way, not necessarily the way it happened" so clearly this line tells a lot when he changes his identity into Pete who has a completely different life the things he cannot do as Fred were easily done by Pete, like bro being sexually capable dawgggg and the fact that Alice is more sexually active than Renee shows a lot idk man, I'm just trying to piece together all the information that i think what it is, btw that creepy man might represent something, idk like guilt or him dissociating from reality, it's one of those two, because we knew that the mystery man was the one who's filming the whole thing so maybe those films were proof of him trying to escape the reality or idk mann😭😭 anyways this is another masterpiece from David Lynch
