The Beatles: Get Back

“I farted. Just thought I’d let you know.”  -Ringo  This was a really interesting watch. It was intriguing watching how they record and rehearse their music. It was really cool how Gimme Some Truth, Isn’t It a Pity, and All Things Must Pass were conceptualized years before they were officially released. I like how they just fuck around and then they lock in a second later to record. It’s also funny how 30% is friendly bickering and 70% cooperation. I also liked that full-circle moment where McCartney mentioned the band isn’t doing enough with the performance, and then when he sees the cops, you can see him get really excited at the fact that they’re about to get kicked out. Side note: Is it that fucking hard for Lennon and McCartney to let Harrison contribute to the album?? Like damn dude.
