i cannot say i cared for this film. there must be something about watching a film on a plane that won’t do it for me, i was reading the reviews and i feel like i’ve missed so much. honestly i really do not fuck with vampires i think they’re so boring because they’re all the same- stake through the heart, allergic to garlic and the sun, aversion to silver blah blah blah. you cannot pay me to give a fuck. did u know that vampires aren’t actually real so you can in fact shake it up a bit, maybe they’re allergic to tuna mayo? anyways, clearly i’m biased.

such an impeccably shot film, it is actually so so so gorgeous. the soundtrack is phenomenal, the set design is perfect and costumes are astounding i found it hard to stay focused at the beginning (everyone has the same trim. bare bald black men, shoutout to the guy with the bob tho he had that shit ON) but it picked up midway and i found the ending incredibly captivating
