The Fly

The movie didn’t really start off great, i didn’t like the lighting, the isolation and emptiness, or the acting that can feel lackluster at times, even the repetitive nature, in the first 40 minutes, but halfway into the film it starts getting even better, actually one of the best endings i have seen ever. The last 30 minutes of the film is really intense as it should be, i can see why this is considered to be his best film and his highest rated, there isn’t really anything bad you can say about it when it comes to a conclusion, the film was unironically funny at times, the pacing is great for a 1 hour and 35 minute film, the effects Cronenberg uses are incredible, and anything else is actually decent or above Veronica looks fine too
