This is real love. A genuine lovestory weaved upon intelligent yet desultorous conversations. It's honest. It's raw. It's pure. And it can get stressful and frustrating just as real-life romance goes. The scene where they went from almost having sex to almost ending their relationship was as real as more than any love movies get. The subtle tangents in dialogue and meandering story-telling. cried. I laughed. I felt butterflies and elated. It's a treasure chest of all these beautiful feelings. One of the best trilogies of all time, composed of three undeniably-perfect romance masterpieces. Ethan Hawke and Julie Derpy are just brilliant.

A film just as amazing and romantic as the first one, but this time, with more melancholic reality. Dabbled a bit more into social commentary in dialogue, but all the same in thoughtfullness and sincerity. It's just beautiful. A truly emotion-grabbing lovestory, with an ending that's perhaps the best one I've seen ever.
