*"You didn't tell me. What was your wish?" * This was an incredible movie that I went into blindly, expecting a boring or just an alright animated film, but it absolutely blew my expectations. I loved the story and plot very much. The animation, though choppy in some places, still delivered exactly what it had to deliver. The art style itself set a perfect tone and ambience and helped us see the world from their perspective. I loved the characters, dialogues and script, and how each character grew as the movie progressed. The direction was very good and the instrumentals and soundtracks were phenomenal and beautiful. It starts slow but builds a strong base and constant curiosity, with many emotional and heart touching moments. Overall this is a beautiful, engaging and mesmerizing film that is absolutely worth the theatre watch. Would like to re-watch it sometime.
