I wasn't expecting this movie; I thought it was going to be less cryptic. I really like the focus on the subconscious, the way both the characters and the entities are portrayed. I liked it more than I expected, and the ending left me thinking about the true meaning of trauma. The phrase that says trying to explain the place is like describing a dog to someone who's never seen one, and then asking them to draw it, reminds me of how one can never truly understand a trauma without having experienced it firsthand. Good character writing, some creepy moments, and an interesting film to watch.
