Pippin
"Pippin" is an extravagant production with great acting and singing all around - in particular a theatrical tour de force by Ben Vereen which is both supported and enhanced by fantastic set, costume and prop design. It exactly the right length, it feels timeless and is incredibly accessible and entertaining to watch and presents a profound reflection upon the themes of self-worth/discovery, acceptance and the true meaning behind the pursuit of greatness and perfection.
I look forward to watching a stage production of this show when I get a chance to.
