I think this is Nolan’s best work and it’s crazy that this is the very first big film of his.Besides the crazy plot and the way it’s shown backwards throughout the film keeping the audience always guessing and on alert resulting in a very fun and active movie experience Memento also Attacks big themes like how we tend to create a prison for ourselves just to not be confronted with reality, what memory’s truly mean to us and how important they are and lastly how fundamental the very act of creating meaning and purpose is for the human nature.Truly a classic
