Stalker

Tarkovskys best for sure. Its mere philosophical depth and beautiful cinematography make this an absolute classic. There have been many interpretations about this film as a whole but what’s for sure is that this is a deep journey into the human psyche leaving so much space for thought in every single line of dialogue. You can’t really describe this feeling of watching this for the first time to someone who hasn’t experienced this film you just have to watch it for yourself. Also the writer is probably my favorite character in all of cinema.
