A Summer's Tale
A summer's tale is a tonally stunning film featuring a foolish, foolish man.
Jokes aside this film is quite special. The indecisiveness of it's main character is really well presented. It comes off as totally frustrating...but also, in a way, very innocent.
This story is so wonderfully unremarkable and that's why the film is so special. Stories told a thousand times over, history unfailingly repeated, and the sky above our head, infinitely blue. Many of our lives, and more than most of our days are indeed, nothing special...and yet, they are still, tragically undervalued. But for today, just for me, this may not be the case.
What a thing it is, our endless blue sky.
