Apocalypse Now

What can you say about one of the greatest accomplishments in cinema history. This movie keeps getting better and better every time I watch it. The attention to detail and performance is exceptional. Francis Coppola is a mad genius to pull this off considering all the elements working against him. Francis Ford Coppola has surpassed excellence, he has set the benchmark and it will be an eternity before anyone goes beyond it. Martin Sheen and Marlon Brando give convincing portrayals of their characters which will leave you wanting to watch the film again and again.
