Interstellar
My head hurts, it’s really good. Yet, it’s the type of movie you don’t watch again. The first half an hour was pointless so it was quite hard to sit through that but after Cooper got in the rocket ship, then it got intense. I think mostly why this is such a highly rated movie is because of its complexity and “niche” topic. Like the black swan which shows perfectionism with ballet.
Firstly, I was surprised to see Seneca Crane but he died shortly after. It was clear that Cooper had a favourite and only though one of his kids actually had potential. The idea of both of them having watches was adorable yet he lost his watch. At first i was wondering if Cooper was actually selfish or brave for leaving his daughter but after finding out the professor had not planned for their return, i realised he was very noble. Murphy started pmo with her not saying hey to her dad like cmon bro. Also Dr Brenda i think her name? Anyways when she wanted to get data which killed Seneca Crane angered me so much like you can get it AFTER the wave bro.
I thought on the icy planet that the TARS machine was going to betray them but no it was the guy which is understandable from his perspective. I could tell from the pensive music. They kinda lost me when they started talking about love like gets out of here.
When he met Murph in the hospital after all these years I was near tears but i felt bad that no one actually cared for him.
