Pretty solid, definitely an interesting storytelling method with the nested storylines. A lot of deliberate use of silence in scenes and a purposeful drop into the middle of the plot.

A good film but I think it lacked some of the detail of the book. It simplified things which I guess it had to, but I believe I would have enjoyed the film more if I dint read the book.  Recommended to read the book first. More details, more build up, more character development.
