The Mist

Obviously the CGI is shocking, but there some excellent elements to thing. It very easily could have swapped the mist for zombies but I much prefer the way they went. The best parts of this is the interpersonal drama between survivors and religious mania—these parts had some really standout acting. The ending is, of course, iconic and justifiably so.
