Soulmate
can’t remember the last time i cried this badly with a movie.
i had the movie saved on my watchlist for a long time and i had never seen any clips, trailers... and i am very grateful for that.
I'll start by saying that visually it is beautiful, the warm tones, the chromaticism, the cozy aesthetic that the houses and even themselves have, throughout the entire film is incredible.
and as for the story, my god, i think it is one of the most beautiful i have seen in my entire life, it makes a lot of sense that the movie is called "soulmate" because they really were, they were made for each other, it doesn't matter what moment they were in.
the ending was too unexpected, it literally broke me into a thousand pieces, the fact that their stories change (as the movie literally explains), that one begins to live the life that the other had... just so beautiful, told from such a beautiful perspective...
i give it a ten out of ten, thank goodness i’ve seen this movie, and I feel like everyone should see it at least once in their life (so if ur thinking of watching it, please do).
