Buffet Infinity
An interesting allegory on generative AI, but unfortunately felt rather piece-meal at times and strung together by little else than surreal artistic direction. I wish they had said more regarding the dangers of falling prey to nostalgia, but all in all it was an interesting watch. Might give it another go if I ever feel like trying to get more out of it, but I am admittedly worried that Buffet Infinity is exactly what I've clocked it as: An interesting means of examining a rather well-discussed cultural anxiety via a surrealist exploration of the analog horror medium. Hats off for the idea, hats back on for the execution.
