Deadpool 2
In continuing my journey to watch essential movies before Deadpool and Wolverine come out I watched Deadpool 2. A lot of people trash the movie a bit and don't think it's as good as the first one. Although I have a soft spot for the first movie, I still come back to this one more often. I think the jokes and action are much better in this one. It feels like the whole cast is pretty much perfect for thus movie with Josh Brolin as Cable as well. He does a lot to make himself different from his other role in the MCU as Thanos. The plot is pretty simple and effective. You can tell that this movie wasn't reshot a hundred times like other Marvel movies of recent memory. The ending here was pretty good and funny as well. I think thus movie also deserves a rewatch before Deadpool and Wolverine.
