Deadpool

I'm starting to watch the deadpool movies in preparation for Deadpool and Wolverine. And I gotta say, they nailed it on the first try. The film is a little low on the budget side but it doesn't really distract you like in other newer marvel films. The story although simple is very effective. It's easy to follow and has a lot of great jokes and action in it. And since this is a deadpool movie this movie likes to break the fourth wall a decent amount. It strikes the right balance of not being too pushy and just barely being there. Some jokes are a bit dated by today standards and will become more as time goes on, but they do still hold up and still managed to get a chuckle out of me from time to time. I think this is definitely worth a rewatch for Deadpool and Wolverine.
