Spring Breakers

This movie takes me all the way back to 2010. I really miss that time. You had Kimbo Slice, they were playing “Moment 4 Life” by Nicki Minaj, you had My Little Pony. It just felt so 2010. The vibe of this movie really had that energy, the same kind of feeling I got watching Before I Fall. That type of vibe is what I really like. From the second I started watching, I knew it was going to be very dark, and it was dark. You have four girls. One girl is Christian, another girl just follows the others, and then the other two girls are different. They have these evil desires and they know they can get away with things. These are girls who feel disconnected from life and just do random, reckless shit. I think image plays a role in it too. I know this sounds really messed up, but it reminded me a lot of Havoc by Anne Hathaway. The vibe was really good, even though the movie itself was really messed up. The sex was very wild, and honestly, I loved that part.
