Awake
One thing that interestingly stood out to me the most was how short the movie was, I think an hour and a half was just right for portraying such a story, any longer then it would be a hard watch personally. In full honesty I started this movie cuz Hayden christensen is my husband, but omg Jessica alba seriously stood out to me. I feel the plot twist in the movie was something I don’t think people would expect and I like how there wasn’t just one but close to three plot twists which kept the ending very engaging. Similarly, I find the symbolism in the movie something that ties this movie together really well. The idea of the lights turning off being linked to him slowly loosing consciousness and the match being lit almost shown as a small light of hope. I think that was great to see and keeps it entertaining for the viewers. If I had to point out a dialogue in the movie that was significant to me it might be when Clayton talks about his dad, although his perception of his dad is a pivotal part of the movie I think what he said in the beginning is something that really stuck with me. But overall really liked this movie and I could definetly see myself recommending this to others
