Batman Begins

-Thought I’d keep the dc movie streak going cause why not 😝 - this movie acc exceeded my expectations so much cause I didn’t rlly know what to expect cause people only ever seem to talk about the second one but it was sooo good and it’s got me excited for how good the second one will be. - I acc love Bruce Wayne in this film and how he copes with his fears throughout it, I love how his fear of bats was the thing that caused him and his parents to leave the opera and get shot as a result case it just adds to his guilt and trauma he must feel from it. When he was on the mountain he said his anger and stronger than his guilt which is probably why he becomes Batman so that he can take out his anger on criminals to distract himself of his guilt. - I didn’t rlly get why his mother barely got mentioned in it cause I get how his father had the power over Gotham and was Bruce’s role model but it just felt like the mom was a bit overshadowed - even though I didn’t rlly know the villains beforehand I still liked them and i liked how falcone was just the symbol of corruption in Gotham that Batman had to stop in order to show how much he and what he stands for should be feared by criminals. The stuff with Ras al ghul was a bit weird and it felt more like smth out of dr strange than out of a Batman film but I still thought they were quite interesting. I’m glad they had the scarecrow tho cause he’s quite an iconic villain and I’m glad they had one of those in origin story. AND OMG the jokers calling card at the end was such a gag and I wasn’t rlly expecting him to mentioned in this film but I’m glad he was.  - I don’t rlly know how to feel abt Rachel mainly cause I don’t rlly think Batman needed a love interest and I feel like most of their relationship with her reminding him of who he is and stuff like that could have just come from Alfred and I lowkey think that would have been more memorable cause Alfred is just that guy yk. I did love Alfred though and how loyal he stays to the Wayne family and he’s also just sometimes such silly guy like when he was joking on the plane about letting Bruce use the rolls Royce he was giving me a chuckle. I also wasn’t expecting Morgan freeman but I’m so glad he was in it and he acc the goat. I loved how he was promoted to the other guys position in the end after he fired him. I also thought it was kind of fun how he was in charge of all the armour and the Batmobile that Batman used.  - I dk what to feel abt batmans suit like in some scenes it looked cool but in others it looked rlly bulky which just made him look a bit goofy. When he did his deep voice that was also a bit goofy and I did n it get what was so menacing about it - but it is a rlly good origin film and it deserves  more appreciation but it’s gotten me rlly excited for the next two.
