Kill Bill: Vol. 2

I was kind of scared this movie wouldn’t be that good cause everyone talks about the first one more because of gogo and the fight with o’ren and ofc the iconic yellow jumpsuit but I think I preferred the second one a tiny bit more. The conclusion was absolutely perfect especially with the call back to the 5 finger exploding heart technique and just the entirety of bills and the brides conversation.  I’m glad the end credits showed the characters from both movies cause even tho both movies are great I think they need the other to be perfect cause they are the same story.  I’m glad their wasn’t a fight scene with budd and the bride otherwise her revenge story would just be a bit repetitive and even though there wasn’t a fight scene with them I still thought that he was an interesting character. Elle was a massive reason why I prefer this film cause I acc loved her so much and I think she might be my fave deadly viper member cause I just thought she contrasted the bride so well while also having respect for her. Also even though she probs didn’t die I still think she had a cool ending The one nitpick I have with the film is that I don’t think they should have revealed the brides name, especially so randomly and abruptly in the middle of a conversation cause I thought Beatrix would be a more interesting character if her name was never said. Overall I just thought it was a perfect movie that added onto the first one while still adding new things like pai mei that really made the brides character more interesting.
