OMG I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT
Maybe it’s just cause his life happened to be rlly interesting but I was lowk shocked a biopic could be this good icl
The concert scenes were acc amazing like the audience were so real it felt like I was acc there, billie Jean and bad were SO GOOD. I also love when he was in the recording booths and stuff like when he was a kid and couldn’t stand still in there
Jaafar Jackson was so good in it like he sounded exactly like him and I feel like he rlly captured Michael’s essence and aura iygm. Young Michael was also amazing and they were lowk some of my fave scenes like the actor was so good
His childhood was rlly sad and I didn’t know how awful his father was but it’s acc gut wrenching how he didn’t even have a proper childhood so he had to buy loads of toys and animals to make him sort of have another chance at it. Bubbles was adorable and I wish we saw more of them tg
Colman Domingo was AMAZING in this like I don’t think I’ve hated a character more cause he was so selfish like I get where he was coming from but at the end of the day he was holding Michael back so that his family name got the recognition instead of just Michael
I loved the mom and their scenes tg were so cute. I felt bad for his brothers but they seemed quite happy for their brother so it’s fine ig.
Idek what to say it was just perfect I wasn’t bored once and I honestly felt every emotion. It’s so sad to see Michael’s innocence with all the children and stuff knowing all the allegations and pain he went through
