This film has been on my watchlist for too long. After watching Anora I decided it was time to explore more of Sean Bakers work starting with this. This film is equally heartwarming as it is heartbreaking. It captures the joy of being a kid and being with your friends and also captures the brutal hardships that can come with being an adult. The performances are simply incredible from everyone. This is a film that I will definitely revisit in the future.
