Scream

This movie felt like a parody of horror films, and it probably is one. So, is Scary Movie a parody of a parody? SPOILERS Judging by how highly people talk about the opening scenes, I'm going to rate this franchise openingsequence a 7/10. To me, it didn't do anything particularly special... I kinda thought it was Stew because apparently he comes back in Scream 7 as a ghost, but I don’t know for sure since I haven't seen it. When they revealed there were two of them, I was omg, jaw dropped. Positives include suspense, the garage scene kill, and practical sets. Negatives I didn't really like that the reporter killed him. I’d have preferred the movie guy to kill him since Ghostface already shot him. Maybe I'm just hating because I didn't like her. Neve Campbell and Matthew Lillard are standouts for me.
