RoboCop

bumping this up from 4.5 to 5. it's just so delightful in its commentary, critique, and absurdity. kurtwood smith annihilates every scene he's in and line he delivers. robocop's makeup/prosthetics without his helmet is surprisingly convincing for the time period. the soundtrack is second only to basil poledouris's work on conan, but the main theme in robocop is arguably more iconic and memorable.
