ok, admittedly, after rewatching, some of those shots could’ve been better. still love the movie tho

+1 star for lee byung hun speaking english with a filipino accent

free lbh from sad endings. i just need one movie where he actually gets what he wants 😭 in any case, this was a great movie. i loved the score, and the acting was really good. the whole sideplot with han ga-yul felt a little too convenient, so i probably would’ve changed that, but that’s all i really have an issue with. (also, apparently, there’s a filipino adaptation of this movie, which i immediately went to check out. the acting and cinematography in that adaptation really made me appreciate the one in the korean version so much more. seriously, the adaptation was complete shit. ph can we please fix our film industry because what the fuck??)
