La La Land stole all the color out of modern Hollywood Damien Chazelle gets filmmaking

Powerhouse filmmaking. Cinema at its absolute finest. A masterpiece in every sense of the word. Gets better the more I think about it. I can’t remember the last time I was so pleased with a movie. Everything about this is so magical and perfect. Incredibly comforting cinema.  And don’t even get me started on how gorgeous this film looks. I mean, come on. Beautiful. I’d hang every shot in my house. There’s a handful of shots that literally took my breath away.  Can’t believe I didn’t watch this sooner but so glad I watched it in the stage of life I’m in now. So heartwarming and hopeful. Another fantastic recommendation from Rachel.  Ok but like actually, how do you solve a problem like Maria?
