Irreversible

This has left me with a headache, a stomachache and a completely shocked expression on my face. Noé you are a genius. At first i thought Noé's intention was to make me puke, and that’s completely fine by me, but I soon realized he didn’t want me to vomit only because of the filming style, but because of the long, painful rape scene. Because of the way the story is told, I had to shut my mouth for a while and see them happy, knowing what happens next. This is the level of shock Salò left me with, this is the level of shock I wish to feel with every disturbing movie I encounter, this, is why I watch movies.
