oh wow. i have so many thoughts, but i have none, what a beautiful movieee :( 🫶🏼 man, movies/shows that explore internalized homophobia(/transphobia) just break my heart like its nothing😭 i was searching for a movie thats similar to The summer Hikaru died & yes this was a spot on comparison!! the movie was a bit confusing at first with the timelines/povs, but when everything started to make sense…. holy shit. man the symbolism in this movie… wow, and the connecting lines sighh this was peak, also let’s not forget how amazing the acting was from everyone and i love the ending (imo it’s a happy & a bit bittersweet)🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
