*“Rocky happy not alone.”* It’s been a while since the last time I’ve watched a space sci-fi movie. Often they are intimidating with the amount of scientific stuff that I don’t get but Project Hail Mary is a breath of fresh air that combines humor and drama together, making it so fun to watch.  Grace on Earth had no one, no family, no partner, and not even a dog. Everyone else thought he’d be the best person to be sent out there to do his mission and to never come back and just die. Instead, that’s where he finds his best friend or rather, his clock bro.  His friendship with Rocky constantly made me cry because of how pure it was, how much they needed each other’s company while being stuck in space thinking all hope’s lost. But just when you think everything is over, it’s very important that you interact with the alien spaceship that’s following you! In all seriousness, life becomes ordinary and even boring but sometimes life has to force you into places you don’t want to be in order to find what you need. You might even know you need it but once you’re there, you would find yourself fighting for something even at the cost of your own life.
