Not as good as the 2007 version but did a great job at the background of Kong more. The visuals and fights were stunning tho. Tht first scene with the helicopters, unmatched

Keeping the girl being chased by a man to death for some insane and stupid reason going with this one.  Tree was so real at the end, all this over a man?!! That she doesn’t even lik??  Also, u can’t claim to hate ur birthday and tht u don’t want people to find out when  ur literally ringtone for the day sings “it’s my birthday!”

Samara Weaving kills in every wedding dress she wears (literally lol) Girl cant catch a break and all she really wants is a smoke  Love the addition of Kathryn newton, oh how far we’ve come from her supernatural days & and ofc the iconic Sarah Michelle Parker

Also put this on cuz I couldn’t get enough of Samara weaving I feel lik this had potential to be greater than it was. The tonal shifts were very inconsistent, lik it started out serious and then kinda went off the rails but then it would get serious but still be so stupid. There were a lot of times where I literally was lik “am I suppose to laugh or actually feel scared?” Rip Eric Dane :(
