Infernal Affairs

After I finished Sleeping Dogs I saw it was heavily influenced from this movie and have never seen the departed which I guess is an American remake of this? Anyways I had expectations going in and was pretty surprised. I was a bit lost in some aspects but that may be from just being my first watching and my first entirely non-English film but that was probably just my experience. Lots of twist and turns and a pretty shocking 3rd act but man it was engaging and enticing seeing where the two of these guys were gonna reach its boiling point and I’ll say I didn’t see the movies ending going there. Wei Shen wouldn’t have let any of that shit slide tho js.
