I actually can’t stop thinking about this tbh. It was just that good.  Love is at its finest when remembered and not possessed. I think that’s why Marianne doesn’t call out to Héloïse at the end.  A glimpse of what may be possible free from the constraints and expectations of society.

Strikingly beautiful.  If someone asks me what cinema should be then my answer is The Odyssey. This was made to be seen in cinemas, and if you haven’t yet made the trip to see it then it would be an utter shame to miss out on the opportunity.
