*Love is a motherfucker boys
It'll fide us all
It'll hurt us all*
See now that’s what I love most about movies you get to experience lives you might never live. Maybe it’s teenage love, or just love in general. Maybe it’s being a talented artist in New York, creating the coolest comic book character ever. Or maybe it’s just having Ty Dolla $ign as your best friend. All you have to do is watch, and suddenly, it’s like stepping into a parallel universe where anything is possible.
And the best part? You don’t even have to do anything. No risks, no consequences just sit back and exist in that world for a while. You get to feel things you never did, miss things you never had, and sometimes even grieve a life that was never yours to begin with. It’s weird how that works, how a movie can make you nostalgic for memories you didn’t make, places you’ve never been, people you’ve never met. But that’s the magic of it, I guess. For a couple of hours, you get to borrow a different reality, and sometimes, if you're lucky, a little piece of it stays with you even after the credits roll.
