Just a girl from Bulgaria, who finds great joy in sharing her perspectives on a diverse range of cinematic works, with a particular fondness for Asian films. I rate things based on how I felt while watching the movies. 🦀 [TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/@yuksteria?_t=ZN-8sn8sX3sIj8&_r=1) [Instagram ](https://www.instagram.com/yukoimadda/profilecard/?igsh=cWlzNHF2d2xqdzI=)

Everyone is born with a different character. There's a lot of flowers on a meadow. All different. Wild flowers, but all different.

Persepolis is not just a story about war and revolution—it's also a beautifully told story about identity, following a girl trying to find herself amidst all the chaos and repression happening around her. It's a really well-told story with its fair share of funny jokes, heartbreaking moments, motivating scenes, and amazing animation. I'm really glad my first time seeing it was on the big screen at Cinema Lumière. :)
