After struggling to make this movie play for about a week straight, I ended up finally being able to watch this. Visually great with a very hooking premise but not terribly much tension in the latter half as you somewhat expect the outcome, no matter how long it gets dragged out for. Still an entertaining watch though.

Cinematically and atmospherically fantastic, but unsurprisingly puzzling. I'm often quite put off by films being deliberately confusing, but I actually seriously enjoyed the execution this time around as I didn't leave feeling underwhelmed. I'll definitely be looking into the film further as well as rewatching it at some point.

Wish I liked this more since the movie was cinematically beautiful and the twists throughout were great. Just didn't think the relationship between the two leads was terribly strong and interactions were not tasteful but rather frequently and crudely oversexualised to the point where eroticism just turns into objectification from a male lens. Not for me unfortunately.

Ok well I've never watched Heartstopper and this wasn't revolutionary by any means but it was enjoyable and that's all that matters
