Oppenheimer
It's often rare to find a piece of art that clearly and accurately conveys the message, emotion, and events of a time period so masterfully but a few exists and this was one. I rewatched this carefully for 3 days to arrive at the conclusion that is one of my favorite movies of Christopher Nolan and what he did to the story of Oppenheimer in 3 hours is and was the definition of true passion, research and masterclass.
Cillian was in his bag as Oppie, he embodied everything so well. The diverse cast was made it all sit really well. Ludwig and the sound design made you feel every emotion closely like you were in a virtual reality and this was present through the entire film. The use of B/W to represent present and color to represent the past felt like an inverse and it scratched a special itch in my mind.
