Scavengers Reign
Yes, it's a TV show and I usually only rate films here.
But please please please watch it: I just learned it was cancelled after the first season by Netflix (damn you) and I'm devastated.
It was such a great show, with one of the best world-building I've seen. It doesn't fall in the easy action-packed sci-fi or the adult animated comedy.
It's a grounded show where the world and the people feel real. To me, it talks about loneliness, adaptation, curiosity, acceptance, fear, and love.
Not gonna lie... I cried a little.
