Kes
Even though this film was made in the late 60s, I love how the backdrops made me nostalgic as I grew up and still live in Northern England. The acting feels so authentic, much due to the Yorkshire dialect. You can’t help but love Billy who apart from Kes, is imprisoned in his own environment, trying to not let it mold him.
