Went to see this one in fall with my granddad. We both love war movies so it was a perfect match. Turns out it's based on a book n there's an older version too, he watched that one just to compare. I'm more into modern war movies personally, the tension, everything blowin up, ppl shooting at each other, screaming, constant chaos
Plus Bezrukov's in it n I got mad respect for him. Dude's a total heartthrob, that puppy dog look n those blue eyes, I couldn't look away. So adorable
Ending was kinda sad tho. He gets hit in the head, n he's just sittin there lookin up at the Germans, or whoever they were undercover as. Then they hit him again, dragged him off, ppl died all around. Still sad but at least he survived I think
Really glad the Germans ended up retreating in the end. Solid movie, loved the tension n all the shootouts. My little ESTP heart was very happy
