A film that makes great use of the medium's formalist possibilities to portray the absurdity of the world of office space authoritarianism that we have created for ourselves. The office feels otherworldly with endless corridors, no windows, and an almost labyrinthian form. Stuck in a loop of endless bureaucracy. Interesting to find some style/editing choices that seem to be out of Kobayashi's book, but amazingly adapted to the animation medium. Overall, fantastic stuff and I'm glad I could see it on the premiere
