❝Do you want to know the truth? Or do you just want your wish to come true?❞

I watched Nightmare Teacher years and years ago when it was first released, and only remembered it when I saw a TikTok about one of the episodes recently. On rewatch, it's not bad, but not great, either; in my opinion, the series would work better as an anthology only focusing on different students, instead of the weak writing revolving around two of the students trying to get to the bottom of things. The ending also really sucked, which made everything kinda feel like a waste of time. Uhm Ki-joon undoubtedly gave the best performance here, but Kim So-hyun has yet to prove that there's a single acting bone in her body, and while Lee Min-hyuk's acting was good, it wasn't enough to compensate for his co-star's. On the whole, the series has an interesting concept at its core, but it's not executed very well, and I would skip this if you're looking for a good horror KDrama.
